Students will need to register in BTW before they can be issued a blue card and take the permit test if this option is selected.

Often times this package is selected as a payment plan option and the BTW is purchased after the class hours, separately.

This package is typically paired with the "Classroom Only" package and purchased after the student has completed their classroom hours in order to obtain their blue card and take the permit test.
